Folder moving accident. SSD to HDD

I was moving my folders like how I should but didn't make much of a path. I went to properties and location move and just set it to my E:/ drive but now my download and picture folder both say E:/ and when ever I open the properties to change it back it opens up like it's the actual hard drive and I can't set it back.

Open up regedit and go here

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\

In there you can edit the paths to what you want them to be

i do the same thing for my stuff but what I do is i still keep the whole Users/Username/Foldername path. When i change the location i ONLY change the C to a D and keep the rest otherwise if you do what you did it makes the folder the E drive it self.

Alright I found it and followed the path and changed the few that were still connected to C: drive, I couldn't find the download folder although I did find one just leading straight to E: and the picture folder when I changed it still show's as E:
