Alright guys
So everyone knows this game is Terribly developed,
However, I have a few things I wanna ask about what I can do to fx. So, hardware
Core 2 Duo E6850 @ 3Ghz
2GB DDR2 800
2GB Radeon HD 6450 over clocked to 725mhz core and 700mhz memory
Windows 8.1
So I've been getting 9-11fps which is highly unacceptable, even at 800x600 with everything lowest. Now, normally in DX9 games I get 45fps High settings 720p (s*** you not) and this is unacceptable. Can anyone shed any light as to what I can do? No upgrade answers I know what I have isn't the greatest but everything else I play has 45fps on high so no I will not be upgrading just for one game. So mostly only answers about changing CFG or using enb or stuff like that. I've seen people on YouTube get 22 FPS plus on worse stuff so can someone please help me out here. Thanks!
