I want to overclock my 8320, I don't have much experience overclicking, I've only changed the multiplier to get 3.8ghz and ran prime95 and it's well and stable but I haven't turned off anything in my BIOS. I know i'm supposed to disable some things like spread and turbo but all the tutorials that i've found are with asus or other motherboards and i'm not sure exactly what I need to disable so I can start pushing my CPU to atleast 4.2ghz and aim for 4.7ghz. Can anyone help me out and tell me what I should be disabling in order to get more stability when I push my CPU.

Used the UD7 but same settings as the UD3. The poster even says you can copy their settings for the UD3.
