I am at wits end here, this is my first computer i'v built, everything was running great but I noticed that my other internal hard drive was not showing up so I got the idea to check the bios and I must have miss clicked something with the Booting Section and now I can no longer get into the Bios using f2. I own a g1 sniper m5 mother board and am ready to throw this thing out my window.

I have been struggling with this thing for weeks trying to learn the ins and outs but now that I'm stumped i feel like asking is the only option i have left.

PS. I own a laptop and my power supply seems fine. Never had any issues untill I touched the bios.

Reset CMOS with it unplugged from the mains either by jumper/switch or remove the motherboard battery for a few sec.

Instant restart normally means POST has failed, which means there is a problem with either your north or south bridge. If it is not beeping I would safely assume it would be your mother-bored, or psu.
