will my mobo be able to handle this graphic card

ok so i was thinking of buying a asus gtx 650 e 2gb gddr5 and was wondering if my Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard will be compatible with it
my specs :
cooler master k281 case
corsair 550w supply
asus gtx 650 e 2gb gddr5
amd fx4300
4gb ram (1333 mhz)
wd 500 gb hdd

Though this mobo has PCIe 2.0 x16 slot. GTX 650 will work with this mobo. No issue.

also if i were to , could u suggest a mobo compatible with above specs under 65 - 70 $ ?

You'll face no issue. Mobo with these specs in this range would be difficult though.
