Looking for Decent Mobo for 4670k OC

Just looking for a decent motherboard, preferably under $150, for the i5 4670k. I plan on doing a little overclocking so I want good power phase. Only going to have one GPU and not need a lot of ports or expansion. Would like to have an optical audio port or coaxial. Any opinions or tips welcome

i have this one (MSI g45), and paired with my (luckily) very good 4670k i have excellent OC results. my first MSI mobo and i am VERY impressed with it.
fits in your budget as well, at 145 before rebate, 135 after (i got my rebate from MSI).
