Got a i2500k vcor 1.25 4.7 ghz, cooling corsair h60, I thought water would help. When I benchmark 3dmark, my cpu is clearing 100C, im surprised it hasn't fried. I am experienced builder so I have tried all I can think of, I cannot keep this thing cool. Also I live in Puerto Rico, so its a bit warmer, but at night it cools off. Thoughts??

Is this a newer system you've built (older hardware but like recently put together) or an old one that has picked up a bad habit?

Your voltages seem good, so you should take a good look at your H60's pump and whether water is properly cycling or not.
You might be having that stock cooler from the 2500 lying around. so can you check if that one works in getting the temps down while you run at the base clock.

What happens when you bring the OC down to default speeds. If the cooler is a problem then you should see issues at default speeds too.

I hope the cpu has not been delidded and that the IHS is properly conducting heat away from the silicon.
