hey guys I own a live portable gamer (C875) from avermedia.
I have run into trouble with updating the firmware.
When I run the firmware update I get 2 little tick boxes that say:
"Make sure all running apps are closed"
"Make sure all cables (AV/HDMI, Audio in/out etc etc) are plugged OFF"
WTF does plugged off mean? does that mean they are unplugged ? or does it mean they are plugged in and nothing is unplugged?
If it said make sure all blah blah cables are plugged in or If it said make sure all blah blah cables are unplugged, it would have been much easier!
All I am asking is, do I unplug everything and keep the live portable gamer off or do I keep everything plugged in and update
