BF4 weird crashes and low memory error?

Everytime I start Battlefield 4 in the last week or so, It either BSOD's, reboots my PC automatically, or displays a "low memory message" as soon as I get in the game. Funny thing is, after the message, the game runs fine (if it didn't already BSOD/Reboot). This low memory message also turns my taskbar white, renders my desktop icons unclickable, and ocassionally sets my desktop to a black background... What is going on here? It ONLY happens when I start BF4. My memory usage doesn't go over 5GB of 8GB, and I have no viruses. My CPU only runs 55C, my GPU (290) at 70C. I've repaired BF4's Files, reinstalled battlelog's plugin (in Battlelog's minimap, Teammates also show up as black boxxded artifacts in Battlelog's battlescreen). I don't know what else to do? my page file's virtual memory is set to automatic, and nothing else seems to run wrong. What can I do? Any help is appreciated, and my specs are in my Signature.

Also, the game never blue screens, it crashes, all of my monitors blink, and it cuts straight to my bios screen as if I had just started the PC. It never forms an error report in the minidimp files, so I can't even view what is going wrong.

I get the error "system is low on memory" every time it doesn't crash, yet my Ram usage is only 60% :/. I am level 60, and have yet to play this game smoothly since launch. I'd like to spend more time playing, and less HOURS of my day troubleshooting. Is there anything else I can do, or must I wait for BF4 to fix itself. Again, I never touched my drivers for any hardware, and this just started happening out of nowhere after BF4 patched for the Second Assault DLC. I've had low FPS problems since I got my 290 in BF4 alone, and now the game all of a sudden runs faster. Is Dice Hotfixing my 8350/290/win8.1 configuration, or...

get a extra stick of memory ( 4 or 8GB depending on what you have in there now) and replace one with the other then try to play BF4 do this on all of the memory sticks and if one is dead then when you replace it the game should work

I'm going over 4GB (i have 2x4GB) in other games with no issues. When a stick is "dying", you mean its clocks aren't hitting the right frequency right? Is this what I should look for? all of the Physical RAM is usable, I just can't tell if they are running at the right speeds when I run games. If the stick was dead, I could tell pretty fast. This ONLY appears in BF4, all other games run flawlessly.

when a stick is drying it just means that it is at the end of its life this will happen for all the comports in a pc its just a mater of time when a stick dies a few things could happen most people don't know that the is a finite number of writs you can put on ram after they huber is reached the ram can no longer white witch make it use less the same things could happen with reads but memory can read a lot like billions of times. the other thing could be that the ram is just old or maybe the ram over heated ether way when ram dies there is nothing you can do to fix it just place it

The RAM is only 3 weeks old... and works fine in EVERYTHING ELSE EXCEPT BF4. CPU-Z picks up both sticks, says they're working properly, and both sticks are speeding up to their correct clock speeds ( 933mhz each). If its not my RAM, what else could it be?

well there is your problem you should get 1600mhz ram also battlefield is CPU as well as GPU intensive game and i don't thin 933 mhz is fast enough

Thanks for trying to help, but you don't quite understand. Each stick is clocking 933mhz. 933+933=1866mhz. This RAM should be golden. I am running out of variables for why I can't run this.
