Will this water cooling fit?

Solution
Short answer, yes. Longer and more precise answer is yes, but it's designed to go outside on the top. Mounting a 240mm rad inside a HAF912 usually requires a bit of...shifting as seen here http://www.legitreviews.com/coolit-systems-eco-a-l-c-24...

Your best bet would be to mount externally on top of the case, unless you really can't or don't want to. Here's a popular video showing how a guy mounted a 240mm rad to his HAF912, so hopefully that should help you decide what to do with yours. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qf5YiSdxzgs Good luck :)

Is the H100i similar size to AX240?

The H100i is actually slightly smaller.

H100i - Radiator dimensions: 120mm x 27mm x 275mm (WxDxH)
AX240 - Dimensions: 128 x 40 x 286mm (WxDxH) (46mm at ports)

Bear in mind though that these are the dimensions without fans. Fans generally add between another 24-28mm of height depending on the brand.

So will there still be room for motherboard?

With the fans mounted outside the case, yes. To be completely honest though, you may as well just mount the whole thing outside the case as per its design. That way the whole unit is accessible without the need to open up the case or make any kind of modifications to either case or fans.

I honestly hate the externally mounted look, i might to a bit of modding to make it fit.
how does instead of mounting it where the 2 120mm fans go on the top but move the screw holes maybe 2cm over so it doesnt obscure the motherboard sound? I will do some measurments...
