Have you changed the motherboard battery?

you may have to reinstall windows or have a bad hard drive. I would start by trying to reinstall windows to see but normally this is caused by a hard drive issue.

This has nothing to do at all with a hard drive, or reinstalling windows. This is from the BIOS POST. It's warning you of an error in BIOS. Like Rolli59 stated, it could be a dead battery for your BIOS, or you could have an error in Hardware Monitoring with a fan being too slow, or not running. If you upgraded your BIOS did you upgrade it, reboot, load the BIOS defaults, and then re-enter your settings. This can most certainly pop up if you have the setting "Halt on ALL errors" set within the BIOS. I'd just go through your settings, and make sure all is good, AFTER confirming you have a good BIOS battery.
