hello ill get a refund from an r9 280x directcu ii top.

I have a Coolermaster RC 333 midi (can fit up to 29cm length gpu), corsair CX 600, 2 SSDs and 1 HDD, AMD fx 8350 with a coolermaster hyper 212 evo, GA-970A-UD3, 2x4gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz,
I'm giving my specs, to tell me if i can go for a stronger GPU that requires more power. ( I could add money for example and get the gigabyte 770 Rev 2.0 4gb. if its good)
So which one would you suggest?
