Plan to overclock 8320 with r9 280x

I am soon going to build a pc with an 8320 and r9 280x with an asus m5a97 R2.0. and a cooler master hyper 212 +. How much should I overclock this cpu to to get the least bottleneck on my r9 280x? When do you think I should overclock? Asap? or wait a bit? What is the highest gigahertz I could get with this cpu?

With the 212 EVO a budget low end cooler and that motherboard which has a 4+2 power design , you won't get very high with an overclock.

Note: 2 fans DOESN'T IMPROVE the EVO performance.

2 fans does indeed improve the performance, saying that it doesnt is just downright wrong, i'm sorry but i've owned the 212, and with 2 fans in push pull config temps go down by a couple more degrees. may only be a max of say 3-5 degrees under load, but the temp difference between one fan, and two fans is statistically significant.
