change your power supply, that is the best guess for your problem.

Intel Core i5 3470 3.2Ghz (3rd Generation)
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H mobo
raidmax 500W psu
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) Vengeance 1600 Mhz CL9 DDR3 kit
Toshiba 500GB 7200RPM
i removed all the beta drivers and installed stable version which i have been using for a year now
i can connect to onboard vga but my graphic card still plugged in to pcie
mobo doesn't disable onboard vga and graphic card's lights and fans are working

if you are using dvi to vga adapter, try the other dvi port on your gpu.
Looking at your rig, the power supply has a lot of bad reviews so power supply would be the next thing to check. If changing ports solves or doesn't solve your issue, I would definitely change power supply as Raidmax are put in tier 5 brand (the worst).
According to eggXpert:
Tier 5 power supplies are NOT RECOMMENDED. If you have one, you should strongly consider replacing it ASAP. These can damage your computer, and often cannot put out the power that they're rated for.
