So I just built my new PC today and I set it up fine got windows running then I installed my motherboards drivers from CD. This went fine and I restarted grand. Then I tried to install my graphics card drivers and once the computer restarted it goes into the windows starting screen for a bit then restarts and goes to the screen where it asks me if I want to start in safe mode.
I'm using a HDMI cable from my graphics card to a TV
