Ok, I planned to buy i7-4770k, and HD 7750. Is that ok? I mean, I know I should get R9 290X, but current budget doesn't allow me to do so. And can I use GT 630 as Hybrid Physx with this system?

If this is a gaming PC then it's a very odd one. The i7 4770k is a high end consumer processor with a lower end GPU, it doesn't match.

If gaming get a 4670k and spend more on your GPU.

If your PC is another use then it may be okay, as posted what above. What is the purpose of this PC?

Ok nevermind it's a gaming PC, look at getting a 4670K + 270,270X or if you can afford it GTX 760.

It makes more sense.

then what about the xeon 1230 v3? It's practically an i7 4770 without integrated graphics(which you don't need)

The only thing is that the xeon cannot overclock like the i5 4670k/4770k

Is the MAIN function of the system gaming OR rendering/running other multi-threaded programs?

Main Function Gaming: i5 4670K + Stronger GPU

Main Function Rendering and don't want to overclock: Xeon 1230 V3 + $50 more in GPU, £30

Main Function Rendering and want to overclock: i7 4770 + HD 7750

Budget Alternative: AMD FX-8320 + Strong GPU

What is current budget?
