first off thanks for taking the time to try and help me 
now my PC is much better after getting a SSD and a higher end GPU but now my main issue is i open a game lets say bf4 and it works fine then i close the game done playing it after a couple hours i go to play it so i open it and it just minimizes automatically so i click the BF4 icon in the task bar and it just keeps minimizing then i restart PC and its fine again but then repeats
now i am thinking its a CPU issue i had the CPU since the year it came out so i had about 2 years maybe little longer
so it could be failing
but that's just my opinion and i don't want to spend unnecessary money if i don't have to and it could be something else entirely i just do no know so i am asking you guys since since your more knowledgeable then me
also beside the minimizing thing my PC seems to get lag spikes if CPU usage is to high then a lot of CPU processes in task manager seem to high like Google chrome using 30 CPU wile on new egg that is just nonsense and should not occur happens on other websites and web browsers and other programs sometime a lot more then 30 and i checked my bios-drivers and even my voltages and cooling everything is okay on that end i can even overclock it to 4.5 ghz stable though it gets to 70 C when running prime which is not good so i have everything at stock
anyway what do you guys and gals think?
