Solution
This build is all over the place. I'll break it down as best I can and then provide you with something better:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($334.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Ok, but not needed for gaming. An Intel Core I5-4670K would be suitable
Motherboard: Asus SABERTOOTH Z87 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($239.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Overly expensive. Explain what functions this board has and you require, otherwise, any board at a much lower cost would suit you.
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($51.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Insufficient memory...

Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($51.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Insufficient memory for your build
Memory: Corsair XMS3 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Insufficient, single channel memory solution for your build
Memory: Corsair XMS3 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($76.98 @ OutletPC)
Single channel memory solution for your build is not optimal
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 4GB Video Card ($399.99 @ Microcenter)
Good Choice
Case: Thermaltake Level 10 GT LCS ATX Full Tower Case ($328.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Overly expensive and includes an unclosed (you have to run the tubing) water cooling solution which may not be a good idea for beginners
Storage: A-Data XPG SX900 512GB SSD ($259.99)
SSDs are primarily only for your OS and applications to be installed onto and left alone. I doubt you'd need one this large and you would still want a standard HDD for storing data, downloads, profiles and such
Power Supply: BFG EX-1000 1000watt Modular PSU ($99.99)
Don't need one this large and I'm not too sure about the manufacturer
Other: Thermaltake Bigwater 760 Pro ($135.99)
Not needed as your case already includes a water cooling system.
Add $237.58 for the monitor
Total: $2199.47
