Will upgrading my motherboard to a 970 or 990fx chipset improve my gaming performance? Is it worth buying a new motherboard worth $100+?
Here are my specs:
Motherboard = Asrock N68C-GS FX
CPU = amd fx 6300
Graphics = asus gtx760 dc2-oc
Memory = 2x 4GB G.SKILL RIPJAWS X 1600Mhz
Power supply = Thermaltake SMART M650W
HDD = Old Seagate Barracuda 80Gb SATA (I think its SATA 2)
CPU cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper TX3
