Dual Monitor and Windows

I have a user with dual monitors. When she clicks on the left monitor to cut, copy or paste, the (cut, copy , paste window) screen shows up on the right side monitor, far side of the screen. What is causing it?

Reset the positions on the monitors, make sure the correct one is set to be the default. You may need to swap them around first to change defaults then back again.
