Looking to buy a low budget GPU

I am looking to buy a new or a used GPU in good condition that can match my old system. Here are my specs
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 CPU
Intel DG33BU Motherboard
2 GB Ram
350 watts max psu with 15A on +12V rail

My budget is tight at $80. Someone has suggested a used hd 5770 1GB to be the best choice for me. What should i do and do i need to upgrade my psu as well

Good Cards but the problem is my old system and psu are u sure these can handle it

Good suggestions and all your CPU could handle anyway. Those are so thrifty on power and would be fine with your PS.

i seem to be interested in hd 7750 but in its specifications it says that it requires min 400 watts of system power also whats the difference between HIS, Powercolor etc do they differ in performance
