I have unstable ping in games yet i have unshaped internet and have contacted the ISP multiple times with no solution, they always tell me that they cant find any problems on their side and ive tried restarting the router multiple times with no luck. i have removed all firewalls, no programs are running in the background and noone is using the internet so i cannot understand how it is so unstable?

depends on the game i have same thing and you cant do anything cause server running that game have same internet jumping,different story if your internet its unstable you can check with speed test over internet.
