Is this a good buy?

Have i forgotten something? (I got a SSD and HDD already)
Is everything compatible with each other?
Would you reccomend something else?
Would you do it diffrent?

The price's are in swedish crowns

When I get more cash I will add a water cooler.

You do not need an A10 if you are buying a discrete Video Card.
A10's best feature is the excellent integrated GPU but you will use not it. So generally you're throwing your money.
I'd say get I5 cpu instead (with a corresponding motherboard of course).
Or if you prefer AMD go with FX-6300 (another MB here also) - cheaper than A10 and has 2 more cores.
But I'd go with I5 (it is visible in my config).

I agree I think AMD is working on something but now is not the time. If you did you use the A10, the 7850 is a good midrange graphics, but then you will just disable it when you put the GPU card in. Up to you. Shame AMD has pretty much abandoned the FX series. From what I read there is nothing planned for now or in the near future and AMD is trying to aim to the APU chips
