hello tomshardware I just bought call of duty ghosts for my laptop with 6 gb ram and I-5 processor and my graphic card is an intel hd graphics 4000 , the loading is awfully long despite the fact that textures etc. are all set to low and res. set to 1024*768 plz help its too long time to load + when it loads the game runs very slow and after 2-3 minutes stops

Ghosts is a pile of crap and even stutters on the best rigs on the planet, You are not alone.
Your rig is not exactly powerful but this game doesn't require power it requires a new development team.

can someone plz tell me the support URL of activision so that they get to know how reckless optimization they have done in pc

your laptop doesnt even meet ghost requirements. its not the games fault, it your rig which is the prob. next time before buying a game checking the minium req to play it.

and will hd 8670M work as I just found out that my laptop has both had graphics 4000 and hd 8670M but its not being detected so I will replace my laptop as part of a warranty . will it ?

Intel HD4000 graphics is built into the CPU it comes on all modern chips and is usually disabled when a graphics card is installed (i still check the bios and disable it myself) are you sure it has the ATI card in it? install the latest drivers and see if it detects if it doesn't then contact your manufacturer for help or replacement.
