Yes, I know this problem is reported all over the forums and it's boring for some people answering the same thing again and again but here is what is happening to me.
I shut down my pc and it turns on after 3-4 seconds. I have to press the button for 5 seconds to keep it off. That's what I'm doing for years now because every possible solution I found on internet didn't help.
I have done almost everything:
-Updated bios.
-Disabled every wake-up option. (including the ones in "device management ->ethernet card->properties->advanced settings")
-Removed some cables and hardwares (like the network card) completely, nothing changed.
I don't know what else to do.
Maybe there are some registry files that controls that??? The only thing I haven't done yet is reinstalling windows. I didn't want to, because it takes time to put everything in again and If I just press the button after shuting it down, everything is fine.
I just wonder if I will ever be able to fix this. (it would be satisfying)
