Yep.
Couple of obvious points:
Make sure the installed power supply can handle 'em!
Make sure the PCI-E slots on the motherboard are far enough apart-Newegg gives the card dimensions in the specifications, so get out the tape measure and check.
The case will need good ventilation.
Unless you REALLY, REALLY want to go CF I'd hold off for a while, right now AMD prices are just plain silly in the USA but they should start to fall as the cryptocurrency (Google it) craze draws to a close or the serious miners swap over to ASIC hardware and leave us gamers alone.
