Hi guys, I have done a fair bit of research before hand, but couldn't find a comprehensive answer;
I recently built a watercooled pc and have been using core temp to monitor my temps, but have also used MSI afterburner beta, and HWMonitor. All three have been giving me the same issue;
my CPU sits idle at around 21-23C, and when under load on intel burn test usually sits at 45-50C, but every couple of seconds it jumps to around 75, then back to 45, and keeps fluctuating between the two, sometimes sitting on one or the other for a few seconds before jumping back. I dont see that my CPU can jump up 30C in less than a second, then back down in the same amount of time. Just wondering whether anyone had any insight into this
My specs are as follows if it helps:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87 OC Force
CPU: i7-4770K
CPU block: XSPC Raystorm
thanks in advance
P.S. All clocks are at stock, haven't tried OC'ing yet, as i want to be able to get accurate temps before i attempt any.
