So, I got some extra money for Christmas and thought I'd try my hand a building a gaming computer. After some research, I decided on an Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard. I had a few problems getting it to boot, but figured out that I had just plugged a few cords in the wrong spot, so now it boots, but every time I try and boot it up, I get a long beep followed by two short beeps and a little red light comes on near my RAM. I tried to figure out what the problem is and it said it could be something with the graphics card. I've tried taking it out and putting it back in, I tried moving it to a different slot, and I've made sure it was plugged in correctly multiple times. Is it really a problem with the card, or could it just be that something else is wrong? Could I just have a bad card? How would I know?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks =]
