Back in about September when i got this laptop, i could run League Of Legends really fine on medium settings. Now, ever since November when i had this malfunction where i couldn't boot up Windows 7 (when i got past the Starting Windows screen there was just a white dash flickering, then the whole laptop would restart). So my dad took it to some guy who fixed it, but when i booted
Windows up, the drivers were different. When i started playing League Of Legends the settings were very low, but i still got a little less FPS than when i first got it. I also experience lags, freezes, HUGE fps drops, losses of internet connections, etc.

Is there a way i can return my laptop to it's former glory? it's an Medion Akoya P8612.

Intel Pentium Dual-Core CPU T4400 @2.20GHz
Windows 7 Home Premium (It had this version installed when i got it, now it has Windows 7 Ultimate)
NVIDIA GeForce 9100M G
NVIDIA GeForce GT230M (It has like 2 graphic cards, and a Hybrid SLI button right under the power button, which could light up after i press the Medion key, now it doesn't work, sadly.)
500GB SATA Hard Disk
4GB RAM
