do you already have those parts? I'd suggest not doing xfire 7770's or getting that cpu.

Yes I already have those parts, the reason why I went with that CPU is because I didn't have the money to buy the graphics card.

Yes the Supernova you linked made by FSP is a fine choice.

More than enough for 2 - 7770's

Ok, can you also explain about the 12v rail? I read here that you it needs to be 30amps or more?

The Supernova has 12V1@20A, +12V2@20A, +12V3@20A, +12V4@20A = 4 - 20 amp rails which is way more than enough to run 2 - 7770's.
