hi guyz, so i just finished building my own gaming desktop

i5 4670k
EVGA gtx 780 ASX

i'm playing far cry 3 right now... and i use evga precision x and its giving me the following stats

power = 97%
temp 68-79 degrees
gpu usage = 81% - 99%
fan speed = 59-66%

is this average of what it supposed to do? i mean this is a new one and i've seen people's youtube video while gaming far cry 3 averaging 61-71 degrees? i didn't do any overclock.. after i assembled the desktop i went to gaming straight! should i be worried?

The temperatures are safe.
If you want to lower them you'll probably need to add, at least, some extra intake airflow, what case is the system installed in, what fans are in it and where are they?
As a quick 'fix', you can download the excellent Afterburner software and set a custom fan profile there.
