CPU Info Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Display Adapters NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT 1GB
Mother Board Intel Asrock H61M-VS

Those are my current specs, my question is if I can get a new graphic card like the GTX 560?

Hopefully you are asking about gtx 650. Yes 560 or 650 are compatible

U mean gddr5... and yes it does btw gddr5 is graphic ram as opposed to ram in the computer which is for the overall system

I am not near the computer right now, but I understood that there is a cable from the PSU that connects to the graphic card.
I cant find this cable in my PSU, is it 100% necessary?

I have the same like the left one but not the other 2 pin cable , does the gtx 460 needs it?

It requires 2 x 6-Pin power connectors like the left ones.
