Can my computer run the MSI GeForce GTX 670 Power edition /OC?

Should be enough watts. Without the exact make or full specs of the PSU, it's hard to say if there will be enough AMPs on the 12v rail (if the PSU is of good quality it should). Make sure you have the proper PCIE power connectors ( 2x 6pin) or a few ( 4 ) molex plugs with enough watts/amps (so you can use the provided adaptor(s) ).
