Will my CPU or RAM bottleneck?

I am going to buy a new gpu (GTX 750 ti) because my old one doesn't work properly plus it's old. So as the headlinde says. My specs are:
RAM: 4gb
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 645 Processor 3.1ghz
PSU: 650W
Resolution is 1060p

the cpu is a FM2 port which is basically obsolete they no longer make processors for it so the upgrade path is minimal.. best thing you could do is get a AMD A10 .. and Id suggest getting another 4gb of ram.. I just bout the 750 yesterday should be here tom.. but Im running the AMD A8 with 6gb ddr3
