Looking for a CPU Cooler for OC'ing that Won't Break The Bank

Hello everyone I am looking for a CPU cooler for my build, I would prefer an air cooler over closed loop water and am looking to keep it around 50 dollars, but may go more if the performance/price ratio demands so. I was looking at this cooler but am not too sure: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835214041

I was wondering if any of you had a cooler you'd like to suggest, or maybe the one I was looking at is a good choice, thanks.

Here are my specs:

| Case: Azza Solano 1000R Full Tower | CPU: i5-3570K 3.8GHz | MOBO: Gigabyte
Z77X-UD5H | RAM: 16GB Kingston Hyper-Blu 1800 MHz | Graphics Card: HIS 7950
IceQ X² Overclocked 1200MHz Core 1500MHz Memory | PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer MKIII 650W | Monitor:

Solution
I go with enemy1g's suggestion of the CM Hyper 212 EVO. This is what I have on my i7 3770K which is overclocked to 4,6 GHz. Idle temps around 32 degs C and gaming temps under 60 degs C. Prime95 temps around 70 degs C.
