I'm thinking of getting a new graphics card. Right now I have a Radeon HD 4550 (something like that). I bought it a long time ago and it only has 512mb of vram. It suits my needs mostly since all I really play is LoL and DotA, but I can't run Skyrim very well and I've always wanted to play it on pc. (I get 30 fps at most with a bunch of performance enhancing mods installed. It can go down to 15 in fights) My computer is an HP Compaq 8000 elite convertible minitower. 4 gigs of ram, Intel core2quad Q8400 at 2.66ghz. Everything other than the graphics card is unchanged from how it was right out of the box. So I'm wondering what card I should get that will allow me to run Skyrim comfortably. I'm hoping to spend around $100 on it but I can go higher if needed. Please tell me if you need to know anything else :)

Hd7750 or R7 250 would be a good upgrade for that

Thanks for the quick answer, I looked into the 7750. Would it matter much that my power supply's wattage is lower than the recommended amount? (it says 400 recommended, I think mine is only 300)

You'll probably be O.K. - AMD tends to overstate the requirements and the HD 7750 uses very little power (doesn't need an external connector and gets all it needs from the PCI-E slot).

okay, will probably get it then. I don't have a lot of money to spend so I just wanted to be sure before buying. Thanks.
