Amd FX 8350 51 Degree idle temp, Overheating runing games!!! i have after market cooler (HELP)

Whenever i start my rig i get idle temperatures of 45-50 degrees. the CPU temp will go to 73 when playing games. and it has even throttled and shut down. I have great airflow and the fans are correctly placed. my thermal paste is good(Pea sized Method)

Specs:
amd fx 8350
Asus GTX760 OC
Asus m5a99FX pro R2
60GB sandisk SSD
2TB seagate HDD
Enermax Coenus
CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO
crusial Balistix memory 8GB

Can you post a picture of the inside of your case please, this will help.

Check the CPU cooler is properly attached/seated.

Have you tried monitoring your CPU fan speed?

That may be worth a check, have a check in the bios to see if there's any funny settings.

yes i have , when the CPU gets hot the fan will start to get loud

right now im getting a 40 degree idle temp, when i put any stress on the system it will rise to 60-70

Is your CPU overclocked or at stock?

Yes 4.0GHZ, i just checked my bios i updated it to version 2005, so the BIOS isnt the issue

im going to do a prime 95 test , i just turned on normal settings on my bios

it seems to peek at 64 degrees is that good? its under full load

ok i have a low of 38 and a high of 64 is that ok for this CPU? right now after the test im idling at 39

Full load 64 is fine(just)

A bit hot for the CM 212 EVO though, I feel.

Will have to see what others say.
