Hi everyone,

I installed three case fans 12x12cm (molex) and when I turned on computer, it started to smell like burning plastic or something like that. I checked everything inside, and it all seems ok. PSU is cool and doesn't smell. I think smell comes from fans. This is health status after 2 hours of work:

Does anyone have idea what could be the problem?

Burned plastic isn't good.....Since the fans are new, and probably the easiest to remove, take them out one at a time, go to another room and give them a smell - if it is the source of the burned plastic smell - it will be obvious. The greater concern would be something not related to those fans....

Sometimes the fans don't get their "dose of grease" in the factory, and since they use plastic bearings in a lot of them, that may be the smell.....
