Better CPU or better GPU

i am building my own PC specifically for gaming and a little general use and i want to know if i should spend a little less on the CPU and spend more on the video card i am on a budget so i am sticking to AMD. i have the build on PC Parts picker

in most, though not all cases (Crysis 3 comes to mind), the 8350 isn't going to perform any different than the 6300 in gaming, so may as well get a better GPU to see some more gains. or look for a better PSU in the tier 2 category here; http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

i recommend the latter first. maybe use AMD's stock cooler for the time being if you're not OCing anytime soon.

Better CPU, 6300 and 760 is quite unbalanced. Also, just spend the extra money on a Hyper 212 Evo rather than mess around with cheap crap stuff that wont do the job you want it to.

2nd build definitely, great CPU and GPU, but get 8320, not 8350 and a better cooler eg. coolermaster EVO.
