Better CPU or better GPU

i am building my own PC specifically for gaming and a little general use and i want to know if i should spend a little less on the CPU and spend more on the video card i am on a budget so i am sticking to AMD. i have the build on PC Parts picker

in most, though not all cases (Crysis 3 comes to mind), the 8350 isn't going to perform any different than the 6300 in gaming, so may as well get a better GPU to see some more gains. or look for a better PSU in the tier 2 category here; http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

i recommend the latter first. maybe use AMD's stock cooler for the time being if you're not OCing anytime soon.
