So im now using a stock cooler which can keep my i7-4770k at 60C in BF4, but im considering another cooler to keep my cpu cooler. Ive considered air cooling, and like very much the 212 evo, but honestly, they are all ugly, and my case has a window with leds. But im not ready to spend 100$ for water cooling. Is there any suggestions that will stay within my budget? Its about 50 shipped (or local store), but ofc i will wait for promotion, so it would be around 60-70 at normal price.

P. S. Pricing has to be in Canada, local stores in Montreal

Thanks guys

P. P. S. Yes i will oc later on, but am buying the cooler first

Could drive over to Ottawa and hit a Canada Computers.

They got a few onsale.

Or you can order from Tiger Direct http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=499

Beware the 240mm ones need a really big case and space for the rad to fit. A lot of 2x120mm case spacings are not the same.

None of these are going to compare to a full water cooler. They give around the same performance of a high end air cooler. They do look good though. lol.

At that price point, the Corsair H60 or Seidon 120V would be your best bet. However, I cannot wholeheartedly endorse them over similar priced air coolers as its' performance does not merit its' initial price tag or noise level. Since you are adverse to air coolers, (there are quite a few that have nice looks IMO but that is taste), you might want to save up for an H80i or 240 rad if you really want to go in that direction.
