So recently I've moved to university and it requires me to authenticate access through a web browser pop up to gain access. The problem is that while I can log in to steam and play my games online, it wont give me access to the store, instead loading the normal authentication webpage and assuming I haven't authenticated my self; I also can't download updates.
Origin also has problems and won't let me sign in.
I'm stumped, any advice is great.
Also, before turning the computer off last night, a window popped open asking for authentication again, but is wasn't from a website. It seemed like a generic windows popup and i when i authenticated myself again i could access Origin. I didn't think much of it at the time as i was tired and I didn't test steam.
