After the dissaster that was my asus 144hz i don't want another monitor that rotates. I got to have my monitor just straight on my desk with no silly adjusting every time i adjust the height or tilt of the screen. Im thinking of buying a ultra wide screen just becuase it doesn't pivot for obvious reasons. I wanted a dell 27 ultrasharp that was 1440p but it had that garbage pivot too. Maybe i should wait until next year for much better screens with no pivot? or will all next gen screens pivot? Its really bothering me for 7 months now this swetty asus rotating and poking it every time to get perfectly level. I tried a wallmount and that was a bigger disaster. I can't fine a vesa 100 mm mounting stand that doesn't pivot either. Maybe i should buy one of dell's 30 inch screens brand new that doesnt have pivot but does have height adjust, and then swap the stands so i can get a 27 inch 1440p with no silly pivot. Or am i being insane?
