i5 4760k overclocking voltage question :) noobie

hello guys, so basically im trying to overclock my new cpu using msi gd65 mobo and cooler master n520. i get 4.2ghz and set up voltage in bios to 1.120 however when i ran stress test, i got vcore around 1.160-1.176 with temp is 64 celcius in 10mins. what do you guys think ? is it stable for gaming? :)

My advice would be to run Intel Burn Test on very high for the full ten runs and perhaps let Prime95 run for an hour or two. If both of those come back clean then I'd say yes, you are good and stable. Judging by your temps though it seems to be doing fairly well so far :)

You are correct. I was able to rn battlefield 4 with max settings and played about 3 hours so the highest temp recorded was 56c
