I changed the better build a little because some brands/parts didn't make sense.

Added an extra $10 to the CPU for a unlocked CPU.

Added $45 extra to the MoBo for a OC experience and the possibility of SLi/CF in the future.

Subtracted $60 from the RAM, you wont need 16GB for gaming, multitasking, and running a server in the background with twenty people on it. (Vanilla Minecraft.)

Changed Seagate to Western Digital, way better longevity of life span.

Subtracted $12 from the PSU, but gave you a better PSU in my opinion.
