Hello guys, I'm building a steam machine with the new Silverstone RVZ01 Case.

My specs are the following:

i7 4770S
MSI H87i Motherboard
8GB LP Ram
500 GB Samsung SSD
EVGA Gtx 780Ti SC

Since I'm trying to run all these on the Silverstone 450 SFX Gold Power supply. I ordered the i7 4770 S. I'm NOT planning to over clock the CPU later on. But, I was wondering will it be bottlenecking my GTX 780 ti?

The Silverstone 450 SFX is not enough for a 780TI! You should not even try, the risk of damage is very high. On EVGA website:

" Minimum of a 600 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 42 Amps.) "

Even if we skip the 600W debate, the PSU you have chosen gives only 36 Amps. That is a major difference.

Strongly advise you to change the power supply. 550W and more than 44/46 Amps on the V12 rail is a bare minimum.

On a 2nd note: Get a 4770 or 4771 instead of the S version. They are higher clocked for the same price.

A good 550-600w PSU would do you fine if you're not looking to overclock. 450 isn't really enough. This would be perfect:
