So I'm stuck between these two motherboards,

ASUS Sabertooth 990fx R2.0
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131877

And the M5A99FX PRO R2.0

I'm going to be overclocking quite a bit, and I would like to know which is better, I have an AMD fx 6300 processor. I've heard that both boards are pretty much the same aside from the military grade components in the Sabertooth, but I'm not quite sure on that, I just want to make sure I'm getting the right motherboard that can handle the clocks I'm going to be squeezing from my CPU. Thank you in advance for the help!

Sabortooth has 8+2 Phase power design, compared to the M5A99FX-PRO-R2.0 with a 6+2. I know for a fact the M5A99FX will run a 9370 just because I have the little brother M5A99x EVO R2.0 and I have a 8350 that will run at 5Ghz with enough cooling. But for stability over a long time go for the Sabortooth

Thank you! So does the power design really make that much of a difference? and what exactly does that have to do with overclocking, I'm fairly new at all of this :p

Both boards are great overclockers. on the M5A99fx pro you will be able to get 4.8 ghz without much pain, if you wanne have the capability to go into extremer level of overlocking, 5GHZ then the Sabertooth will be a better choice.
