secondary IP on GSM7224v2

Hi guys,
I am trying to set a secondary IP on one of our switches for some testing with one of our ISPs who has also set a secondary IP at his end.

I have tried this with both the IP subnet based vlan and the ip routing sections of the webmin (the switch isn't on site) and neither work. No one else in the office has any other ideas and to tell you the truth, I'm pretty darn stuck as well.

Ok guys, I have thought of another possible way, I am thinking about getting another switch and just setting the system IP as the test IP required, This will be connected directly too our Core switching (the netgear mentioned above) Because they are different IP ranges / subnets, Would I need to enable IP routing / vlan routing on the netgear? If so and we create the routs, Would this cause any issues on the current vlans (the live systems) that wont be using the vlan / ip routing?
