Which pc case is better?

Ignoring the $10 dollars extra, which one of these are better?

Thermaltake Urban T31 Mid Tower Case http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=26961&cPath=547
or
BitFenix Ghost Silent Tower Case Black http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_1171&products_id=21431

I am asking here because I haven't been able to find much information on the Thermaltake case, so I was wondering what your opinions were. (btw I reckon the thermaltake one looks better but unless the Ghost has better features I think i'll go for that).

Both are pretty much equal in terms of their features and cooling, but I would go with the Thermaltake cars for it's side window.
