The 3 green are the PCIe 3.0 x16 , correct? I should install my video card on the one with the purple dot?

What are the 2 red circled slots?
and
What is the 1 blue circled slot?

Yes the one with the purple dot is where you should put the graphics card, meaning the yellow ones can be used also. These are PCI-E X16 Slots.

The two red slots are PCI-E X8 Slots and are for graphics cards too, but these are slower then the X16 Slots which are the green ones.

The blue circled one is an PCI X1 Slot, which can be used for internal PCI sound cards and other X1 slot devices.
