I am a new Computer builder with some knowledge
here are my stats

MotherBoard Gigabyte GA-78LMT
Processer AMD Piledriver FX-6300 AM3+ 3.5GHz Hexacore
Graphics card XFX Radeon R9 270X Double Dissipation 2GB GDDR5
Power Supply Antec TruePower Classic 750W Power Supply
RAM Avexir 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 Core Series C9 1600MHz Blue LED
Hard Drive Seagate Desktop SSHD ST1000DX001 3.5" 1TB w/8GB Flash

    Hi there!

A good little board for you would be this one:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565

When it comes to cooling, your best bet would be to go with the H100i from here:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032

Both of those are comfortably within your budget and should work well with your existing components :)
